OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE

The principals of our group of companies have over 75 years of combined experience in the real estate industry, having served as developers and shareholders in many significant national and international development projects. These ventures encompass residential resort communities, land development projects and the development of golf courses and other recreational facilities.

Our extensive experience extends to rezoning land, creating, modifying development projects, arranging the installation of infrastructure works to advance developments forward, renovating residential units and culminating in the successful disposal of these assets to the retail market.

Internally, our team comprises legal counsel, a finance director, marketing director, creative director, technical director, sales director, and a competent support team to ensure seamless operations. We also have access to an extensive group of outsourced professionals, many of whom have previously been employed by one or more of our group’s companies over the years.

In the 2020's, we strategically downsized our team and activities to achieve a more comfortable and manageable size, focusing on the Spanish market with smaller projects (with one exception). This shift provides us with increased flexibility, diversity, and faster, more frequent liquidity events through the disposal or turnaround of assets.

Operating as a smaller enterprise has significantly deleveraged our business, placing us at a very comfortable and significant equity level in the majority of our projects.

  • Tom Byrne

    Technical Director

    Tom is a Civil Engineer with more than 30 years’ experience in design and project management for residential, commercial and golf course projects. He has been involved as a Director and Technical Director in significant property developments in Ireland, USA, Caribbean and Canada.

  • Alise Warriner

    Marketing Director

    Ailse has spent more than 25 years working on brands such as Prudential Bank, Alliance and Leicester, Savills UK, British Airways, Maersk Air, Christian Dior and Ford Credit. She has worked for large real estate developers in international development projects creating award winning brands and organizing the promotion, marketing and sales activities delivering outstanding results on a consistent basis.

  • Nicolas Parada

    Inhouse Counsel

    Nico has more than 10 years’ experience working in Argentina, the UK and Spain for leading law firms as well as working as in-house counsel for the UK government and international private clients. He has qualified as a lawyer in Argentina and Spain and specializes in real estate law, Golden Visas, SPVs, litigation, inheritance and more.

  • Sebastian Lindborg

    Creative Director

    Sebastian has more than 15 years’ experience in the creative sector. After graduating with a 1st class honours degree in design and visual communications, Sebastian has specialized in working for the real estate and outdoor advertising industries across the world. Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, video production, drone flying, graphic design, branding and website development, Sebastian is an expert in developing visions and packaging up real estate developments.

  • Juan Antonio Frias Fernandez

    Finance Director

    Juan Antonio is a qualified accountant and obtained his degree in accountancy from Malaga University in 2011. He has recently been awarded a Masters degree specialising in tax advice from ESESA (Malaga). Juan has extensive experience in management accounting working for Spanish, other European and Brazilian companies.
